Tracking information

Tracking information reflects shipment events recorded in the Global Track Logix system or received through connected systems. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may change due to operational, weather, carrier, routing or other conditions.

No continuous GPS representation

Unless a specific live-location integration has been connected, checkpoint locations represent recorded updates and should not be interpreted as continuous GPS positioning.

Service availability

Website coverage tools and city databases do not by themselves guarantee that a particular shipment service is available on a route.
