Shipment registration

A GTL tracking number may be issued when a shipment is registered by Global Track Logix or an authorized connected seller.

Tracking events

Common events include label creation, pickup, in transit, facility arrival/departure, out for delivery, delivery, delay, exception, hold and return. Events appear on the public tracking portal after they are recorded in the system.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery dates are informational estimates and may change. A delay or exception status may indicate that the shipment requires additional time or action.

Address and route information

City coverage in the website database helps identify shipment origins, destinations and checkpoints but does not constitute a service guarantee for every route.
